Where It Began
It all started when two friends, Rimma and Elina, got inspired by their grandmothers' life-long tradition of making healthy and natural yogurt. Rimma and Elina are both from the Caucasus Region of Russia where citizens are known for their longevity attributed to their daily consumption of yogurt. Growing up in this area, Rimma and Elina enjoyed their grandmothers' freshly made yogurt everyday. With the popularity of yogurt on the rise in the recent years, the two friends realized that they could cater to the community and provide people with nutritious yogurt treats. They decided to open a place just like grandmas' kitchen where they would bring the passion of yogurt making into the daily lives of others. It was at this point that Gurtzberry™ was born. Gurtzberry™ is one of a kind yogurt cafe serving healthy and freshly made desserts and drinks. At Gurtzberry™, yogurt, juices, smoothies, fruits, and shaved ice are served in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Gurtzberry™ is a product of its founders' passion and hard work.
